Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 31, 2025
1. General
- All cancellations/changes/refunds are governed by airline fare rules and conditions shared at the time of booking.
- BharatFare service/convenience fees are non-refundable.
2. How to Request
- Email your PNR, passenger name(s), and request to amanthakran.dreams@gmail.com before your flight's deadline as per fare rules.
3. Refund Timelines
- Once the airline/consolidator approves and credits the refund to us, we process customer payouts within 7–14 working days to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
4. Changes / Reissue Fees
- Airline date/route changes attract airline fees + any fare difference + BharatFare reissue fee (disclosed before processing).
5. No-Show / Partially Used Tickets
- No-show or partially used tickets are refunded (if at all) strictly per airline rules; many fares may be non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure / Schedule Changes
- For disruptions due to strikes, weather, ATC, or government orders, remedies are per airline policy (rebook/refund/credit).
