Agent / Partner Agreement
Effective Date: August 31, 2025
This Agreement governs the relationship between BharatFare and registered Agents/Partners.
1. Onboarding & Access
- Agents must submit accurate business/KYC details.
- Access to fares/inventory is subject to consolidator rules and availability.
2. Commissions & Payouts
- Standard commission: ₹/£ per ticket (tiered slabs may apply).
- Payouts are made monthly (T+30) post reconciliation, net of cancellations/chargebacks/ADMs.
3. Agent Responsibilities
- Collect full payment from customers prior to ticketing (unless otherwise agreed).
- Provide accurate passenger details and obtain required consents for data sharing.
- Adhere to fare rules; avoid fraudulent misuse, speculative bookings, or chargeback abuse.
- Handle first-line customer queries promptly; escalate complex cases to BharatFare.
4. BharatFare Responsibilities
- Provide booking support, PNR issuance assistance, and fare rule guidance.
- Maintain a clear Refund & Cancellation process and communicate timelines.
- Credit approved commissions as per the agreed cycle.
5. Compliance
- Parties will comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection, data protection (GDPR/UK GDPR/IT Act), and aviation rules.
6. Confidentiality & IP
- Parties shall keep non-public information confidential.
- BharatFare retains all rights to its brand, content, and technology.
7. Suspension / Termination
- BharatFare may suspend or terminate agent access for non-payment, fraud, policy breaches, excessive chargebacks, or regulatory risk.
- Either party may terminate with notice for convenience; accrued obligations survive termination.
8. Liability
- BharatFare is not liable for airline operations (delays, cancellations, baggage).
- Maximum liability is limited to BharatFare's service fees for the affected booking.
9. Disputes & Notices
- Governing law: India and the United Kingdom; venue (update as preferred).
