1. Role of BharatFare

  • BharatFare is a travel-tech platform that helps customers and agents book airline tickets and related services.
  • We are not the airline; final travel services are provided by airlines and consolidators.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to airline availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are dynamic and may change until payment is completed.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via approved payment gateways.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Cancellation/change/refund rules are determined by the airline fare rules and will be communicated at booking.
  • BharatFare's service/convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the airline/consolidator credits us.

5. User/Agent Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate passenger information (name, passport, DOB, contact, etc.).
  • You are responsible for visa, transit, entry rules, health requirements, and travel documents.
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in suspension/termination.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Flight delays, schedule changes, cancellations, baggage issues, or service quality are the airline's responsibility.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid to BharatFare for the affected booking.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on BharatFare.com is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

8. Privacy

  • Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see below).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the United Kingdom.
