Welcome to BharatFare.com (“BharatFare,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Role of BharatFare
- BharatFare is a travel-tech platform that helps customers and agents book airline tickets and related services.
- We are not the airline; final travel services are provided by airlines and consolidators.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to airline availability and confirmation.
- Prices are dynamic and may change until payment is completed.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via approved payment gateways.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- Cancellation/change/refund rules are determined by the airline fare rules and will be communicated at booking.
- BharatFare's service/convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the airline/consolidator credits us.
5. User/Agent Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger information (name, passport, DOB, contact, etc.).
- You are responsible for visa, transit, entry rules, health requirements, and travel documents.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in suspension/termination.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Flight delays, schedule changes, cancellations, baggage issues, or service quality are the airline's responsibility.
- Our total liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid to BharatFare for the affected booking.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on BharatFare.com is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse without permission.
8. Privacy
- Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see below).
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the United Kingdom.
- Jurisdiction: Courts of [Insert City, e.g., New Delhi, India] (you may update to your preferred forum).
- Disputes may be resolved via negotiation/mediation before litigation where practicable.
